What is the business model of your platform?

To join the marketplace as a seller you'll need to purchase a subscription, the minimum subscription period being 3 months. The sellers will also pay a fixed percentage fee from each transaction. How do I start selling on your platform?

To start selling your services on our platform you simply need to register (the registration is very easy and takes no longer than 10-15 minutes), complete on-boarding from our payment service provider partner, and pay the subscription. Step-by-step instructions will be available to you at any moment on our website, and in case of any difficulties you will be able contact our customer support as well.

How will you provide customer flow?

Our multi-channel marketing strategy and allocated marketing budget allow us to acquire hundreds of thousands of registered users (your potential customers) from all over Germany within 12 months after the launch of the platform.

How will clients pay for my services on your platform?

The payments on our platform will be processed by our partners – EU licensed payment institutions – who provide all the most popular online payment methods including debit cards, credit cards, etc. To start selling on our marketplace, you will have to complete the registration on our platform. After that, you will be able to receive payments into your specified bank account. The payment setup guarantees secure payments.

All our service providers are being verified by our payment service provider partners in accordance with EU legislations. Their legal status, address, financial information, business reputation are checked. On top of that, all sellers have to upload their business registration documents, licenses and certificates on the platform. The system of ratings and reviews will help you choose the service provider with the best customer feedback. And finally, the sellers will add detailed descriptions of their services, photos and videos, which means you will get to know the sellers and their services much better before making the investment.

How will I find the service I'm looking for on your platform?

The unique multi-factor matchmaking system including search engine, geolocation, and booking system (synchronized with the seller's availability calendar) creates perfect conditions for matching you with your ideal service provider. The payment setup guarantees secure payments.

What is interest free credit line?

In Autumn 2023, together with our partner, an European financial institution, we plan to launch a financing option in the form of an interest-free credit line for the purchases on our marketplace. To join the program you will simply need to register in our banking app and have your credit score checked. If successful, you will get access to the credit line up to a few thousand Euros. This is a very easy one-time online process, and you can get money in less than 15 minutes. You can choose a loan repayment period up to 12 months and you won't have to pay interest – an unbeatable proposal! For example, if you make a purchase for €1000 and chose a repayment period of 12 months, it means that in 12 months you only have to pay back €1000 – not a cent more.
